Schumacher blue 28.5 dial fits FOIS?

Dear all, I've been offered a Schumacher Dial which measures 28.5mm. I wondered if this would fit into an FOIS? I can't find measurements for the original and wondered if perhaps the 28.5

mm is for the "reduced" model. Thanks in advance. CK

It's from a completely different movement. So even if the diameter is the same (I don't know if it is) the main problems here are the positions of the legs and holes for the hands
