    Hello all,

    I recently purchased a brand new Speedmaster sapphire sandwich and I'm absolutely loving everything about it.

    I just had two quick questions;

    1) I take my watch off at night and when I'm at my desk typing, I'm just wondering over the course of time do you think the bracelet resting against the sapphire caseback whilst its not on my wrist will eventually mark or wear against it in any way? (I hope I've articulated that properly)

    2) I've noticed that on the bracelet some of the screws appear more wound in than others. One or two of the screws aren't even sitting flush and appear to be jutting out ever so slightly from the bracelet. Do you think it's worth a quick visit to the AD to get them all tightened or am I being over cautious? Has anyone had any similar issues?

    Thanks.

    Probably not since sapphire is very hard to scratch

    If that's true then get a precision screwdriver and tighten them, it's also a good idea to take them out completely and apply a tad bit of loctite. If you're close to an AD they can do it I guess.
