With his eBay store, I would say he is. Which makes it a little strange that he always sells on the private sales forum. But Achim has never tried to hide it, so whatever.
Some people have been banned over this type of discussion, careful.
I’ve been a member on here for 10 years and never seen anyone banned for an opinion. I didn’t accuse Achim of anything more heinous than I thought he was a dealer. He’s corrected me, no problem.
He publicly voiced his dismay and was then banned.
This isn't the reason Fred was banned. Dennis was banned because he was trying to get banned. He had asked the Mods to delete his account because he didn't like OF anymore and didn't want to come back. When the Mods wouldn't delete his account, Dennis went on a garbage posting spree that ensured his ban.

Fred (and many others mind you) had been listing many groups of multiple watches and 1 bye Fred ended up getting moderated out of the blue for some strange reason. It was let stand after a heated discussion (in which 1 ban to dennis was handed out) but then he also got pushed to the dealer pages. He publicly voiced his dismay and was then banned.
I'm not trying to be charitable- I'm only stating what happened as everything that surrounded his ban was deleted. I'm not sure why Dennis didn't have more self control to just log out and not return... but after his request to be deleted was denied, he chose to single out and publicly and repeatedly harass another member until it resulted in a ban. I agree entirely with your characterization of him. I'm not sure how his behavior (on its own) hadn't resulted in a ban much much earlier.
And regarding Fred- he placed entire blame on me for having his bulk sales listings deleted and later, him being relegated to the dealer section. I had tried to message Fred privately explaining that I never once thought he violated the rules AND that I never opened his bulk listings to begin with as they were of no interest to me. He wouldn't believe that I had absolutely nothing to do with it. Instead, he chose to attack me across the forum in a number of different threads telling everyone publicly that I cannot be trusted and that I am only here to bring people down. I repeatedly reported his comments/attacks against to the mods, which is why a lot of Fred's last comments/threads were deleted. That in addition to his last minute racist/sexist jokes, he public attacks against the mods, and his private message attacks are why Fred was banned.

I don't doubt it. However, when everything is washed away, who can tell what occurred.
I literally just stated above what happened, one member abused person after person after person, deliberately trying to get banned on purpose after asking me to ban him and me telling him I didn’t feel like banning him, he wanted to “win” by hurting enough people to get booted, and he succeeded the following day. Fred was banned or racist abuse after doing much the same thing as part of a tantrum. It never had anything to do with the sales section even remotely, other than that it instigated a tantrum and shitty behavior.
