After the collapse of the USSR, the product labeling mark signifying its compliance with the requirements of the GOST R certification system. Replaced the Soviet quality mark with a stylized five-pointed star depicted on it

    This is done so that you can track how the watch was imported into Russia. Officially or not. The RST mark is placed on goods only officially supplied to Russia. For example, Apple phones that are officially sold in Russia have a 2-year warranty. If there is no RST Mark, then only one year warranty from Apple.
