Does anybody know if aftermarket crystals count as "customization"?
I have an aftermarket crystal on my 16233 and am wondering if RSC will replace the crystal for me.

··Color Commentator for the Hyperbole.You will be asked about the crystal as a courtesy and you should say yes to a replacement. I suspect that a no answer will be a deal breaker as far as the two year service warranty is concerned.

I am trying to get the crystal replaced to a genuine, so I definitely will say yes to that haha.
I was just wondering if they would even accept my watch in the first place, since they seem to have gotten more strict about their service.
