ยทFinally found a OQ to replace one that got lost/stolen in my move from N.M. to Las
Vegas NV. I've looked at a number of OQs over the past several years. The one that disappeared I purchased new from a Rolex dealer in San Juan P.R. That was around 2005, they were not even aware that Rolex had discontinued all Oyster Quartz models by 2000-2001. It was a model 17000. I've owned other OQs, 17013 B and the 17014. This latest, a 17013 B has a grey tapestry dial. It really sets off the 18 k YG bezel and 18 k YG hands and minute markers. This is the first I've seen with this particular color dial. Normally they came in white, blue and black with no special design or decoration. You could order special dials from Rolex and have them do the install. This grey tapestry is the original.
