Dial: Gorgeous sunburst blue dial that transforms into an iridescent purple under certain light conditions. Many feel that the dial on the Ref. 16613, nicknamed the “Bluesy,” is one of the most beautiful examples Rolex ever made. Tritium inside the gold surrounds and handset is near perfect and totally free of discoloration.
Case / Crown: Case is in good condition and may never have seen the polishing wheel. Lugs show normal wear yet maintain good definition. Factory brushed finish is still present. Reference and serial numbers are strong. 18K gold crown.
Movement: Cal. 3135 automatic with quickset date.
Bezel / Crystal: 18 Karat gold bezel, original crystal.
Bracelet: Two-tone Oyster bracelet 93153 with 401B end pieces. Diver’s extension. Correct clasp code stamped O11 (1990). Shows normal wear for its age. Very minimal stretch. 11 links.
Accessories: Interior & exterior boxes, 1000ft/300m anchor in plastic enclosure, Rolex cleaning cloth, correct “Your Rolex Oyster” booklet dated 1990. .
Condition: Watch is in very good vintage condition. Not a safe queen but very well taken care of through the years, nonetheless. An honest watch in all original condition. A movement service is recommended in the near future as its history is unknown. Currently the watch is keeping very accurate time.
