·Hi all,
I have my first child on the way so slimming the collection.
Up for sale is a Rolex OP ref 1002 dating to 1969 with an uncommon anthracite/gray dial.
The stick hour markers are also an uncommon longer variation. All of the lume dots are completely intact and have aged to a creamy yellow patina. Tritium hands have aged to the same patina as the lume dots.
The 34mm case has a good presence on the wrist. The caseback is stamped: 1002 II.69
Comes on its original 7205 Swiss Rivet 19mm bracelet with 11 end links (had one removed). The bracelet has light stretch for its age and the clasp is stamped: 3 70
The self-winding 1570 movement has a power reserve of 48 hours and is COSC. Last serviced by my watchmaker in 2020 and is keeping excellent time.
Please take a good look at the photos and let me know if you have questions.
My asking price is USD $3,375 + shipping at the buyer's expense. Payment via Wise. The watch is located in Sydney, Australia.
