This is what a matte dial 16750 should look like, this one is NOS. Note the corrosion on hands which happened a lot during this period, many of these watches had their hands replaced at service. The chamfers are thinner than those of the earlier 1675's. The facet line on the crown guards is evident on this reference, its worth mentioning that this line was not always in the exact same place and can be more or less prominent.
This one has the rarer mark 2 dial (The "H" in the word chronometer is to the left of the "A" in the word master. There seems to be no specific year for this dial and both mark 1 and 2 were used at the same time. The mark 2 dials often have a stronger patina, as seen on this example.
We can tell the different between the original insert and a service replacement by looking at the number "18", on the service insert the numbers 1 and 8 are closer together, the font is also slightly fatter on the original.
Can anyone help?

I found this one a few days ago, the watch is located in Hong Kong... They are asking $18,500 USD
Good move, Jack..
Regardless, the seller - NBTimes - on the @djmusicman's thread has a little history in the watchbusiness... No longer on the forums.
