·Amongst other sizes, Rolex makes crowns in both 5.3mm and 6.0mm diameters. Years ago, they each had dedicated tubes that went with each crown.
I was told years ago, that in an effort to standardize things, the 6mm crowns were re-made to fit the 5.3mm tube size. Now, a parts expert says that it’s not accurate.
Does anyone know the true story here? Thanks.
