Hi All,

I have these two 6694s and wanted your input on the authenticity of the dials. The black one has no lume although it says T Swiss T. Also the “O” in Oysterdate is different in each watch. Would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks.

Thanks. Wasn’t sure. I heard that was more common in the Japanese market.

To make things even more confusing, the no-lume T SWISS T dials can come with lumed or un-lumed hands. People speculate that it was a cost-saving measure by Rolex to just make one type of dial blank.

Makes sense. What do you think about the seemingly misshaped “O” on the silver dial?

The black dial still makes me nervous. I’d want to see it in hand or at least more pics

Regardless of the dial authenticity, there are tons of original dials available for little money if you dont like these. 6694 parts are probably some of the most abundant.

Here’s another. Not sure it helps though.

Imo is a redial, even if the poor quality of the pictures makes it hard to tell for sure.

In any case it's not an expensive or hard to find part.
