Hi guys,

I have for sale a 3.1 serial (1972/73) 1680 "Red Submariner" mk4 in great conditions, with a strong case, a perfect dial and original lume.
This watch comes from my personal collection, I bought it four years ago from the son of the first owner, and it was originally purchased in 1973.

The watch runs well keeping good time and every part is original to the watch (from the crown to the clasp).

The case is even and thick, probably lightly polished at least one time.

The bezel is original to the watch in mint condition, it has a beautiful blue/grey fading and the patina of the fonts incredibly matches the color of the lume.

The dial is an original "Red Sub" (aka "Single Red") mk4 variant (open "6" feet first) with a beautiful creamy patina even on all plots (waffle lume) and all lettering is clearly visible and correct.
The hands are tritium and match perfectly to the dial.
Tritium is original and was checked with UVA light.
The dial is flawless, it has no scratches, signs or spots of any kind: every possible thing you may see in the pics is just dust on the glass.

The bracelet is the correct 9315 with 280 endings in mint conditions with no stretch at all.

The movement was serviced 4 years according to the previous owner.

Asking 18000 Euro, insured shipping included.
I am not interested in any trade and I have no room for negotiation on the price.

Payment method - I will accept Paypal and bank wire.

Plenty of international references.

Beauty, if the £ hadn't tanked against every currency I'd have been bidding on this.
