路UPDATE: Accepting modern rolex trades + cash, specifically a new BLNR with B&P as my first choice.
For sale, 1971 Red Submariner 1680 Mark V.
Serial #: 3,059,792
Case & Bracelet: Case has had a light polish during last Rolex service (2011), but still remains nice thick edges. Comes on original 9315 bracelet & 380 end links, with the normal use you'd expect. Links remain fairly tight with little sag. Bracelet will fit my 7.5" wrist when the divers clasp is near fully extended. The later bezel is in beautiful condition with the pearl dot matching the aged dial. The serial number and model number are completely visible still and I can provide those pics as well if needed. The watch comes with a correct open 6 and 9 silver date disk.
Dial: Original and very well preserved MK V dial from Rolex with creamy lume plots that have aged quite well. (Pardon the bit of dust on the pictures, I tried my best to keep it out.) The dial itself is free from defect with no scratches, or marks at all. The hands are genuine Rolex, and I believe later replaced hands but match the dial very well, depending on the lighting. In most lighting you can't see any difference, but under loupe or close scrutiny the hands are a slight shade darker.
Accessories: It comes with Rolex service cards from 2011, guaranteeing authenticity and keeping time well. Also I'll include the watch pouch which I received from the last seller who originally purchased this from Andrew Shear, a veteran of selling vintage Rolex.
Please if you have questions don't hesitate to ask.
Price: USD$12K. REDUCED to: USD$10.7K. Returns accepted if something not described properly! Deal in confidence, I have many refs here on OF and other forums, as well as have been a trusted eBay member with 100% feedback since 1999.

Thanks,
Brandon
