the machinery and the back is all correct for a 1675 of 71 '? the seller says he would take it to review, although the clock works perfectly. I think € 5,400 is not a bad price? (has reduced € 100)

Yes case back is properly dated and movement is correct.
I recently saw a couple of beaters sell for about mid-$5k in the US with no bracelet. This is what it has come to, entry level price for GMTs 1675 but no issues like the pitting this one has.
As mentioned before the folded bracelet and proper coded clasp (3/71) has value. Not sure if the bracelet has a lot of bend but it is worth in the range of $700-850+.
I am sure you have shopped around, prices are in the upper $9k to $12k plus for decent examples, nice thicker cases and no corrosion issues.
Don't corner yourself to this one, keep shopping and be patient...

the problem is that here in Europe there are no 1675 from € 5,000, sometimes I see the US market and you have very good prices, and bring them to Europe is very expensive, transport, taxes, tariffs etc. I think I will buy it and with time I will restore it originally.

You are getting great advice from a Rolex Jedi in @TTG , there are certain items on a watch that can't be restored which makes them not worth the effort and dollars ....be mindful when making a decision.

I agree it’s tempting and see why you don’t want to pass, but @TTG is giving you very sound advice. Think it through.

In the end it is even more tempting, I make a change with a clock that did not interest me and I get for € 4,000. Now I think it's worth acquiring it
in the United Kingdom in pounds would be 3,500. I think a very competitive price.

You'll probably regret it, because a pitted Rolex movement will hurt, but then again we all make mistakes and learn from them. Enjoy it

Thank you very much for your great help, in the end I could buy it quite cheaper from the € 4,000 and what I do now is a process of restoration, without hurry. In fact a coner iante of Barcelona gave me € 5,500 just like the clock, but I prefer to restore the back cover and enjoy it. thank you very much

The pitting can be restored with laser welding. I would look for a none pitted example.
I wish you well you have had some good advice.
