RIP Rick Derringer

Damn I was having a tantrum cause Ticketmaster was pulling their BS with Ringo Star tickets and Bob Dylan playin with the outlaws they are playin in my area but the resellers grabbed the tickets so quick. Anyway like to see the old timers in there 80’s plus when I can because for 20 years I been sayin, damn this could be the last time they perform.

Now a young 77 year old Rick deringer passes and I missed the news yesterday. I think they said yesterday. Anyway saw him once with the Winter brothers the dude could play.

Oh shoot sorry actually saw derringer play with Ringo and the all star band I think Johny winter was there

Not old but certainly closer to young than old. It’s very funny watching that Ringo clip with derringer. I’ve seen so many Ringo shows as he always puts together a great band. But it brought me back to the group I went with to that show. Very good friends but with people moving and some passing away much too young these songs can bring back memories you had put aside.

Watches do that for me as well. Whom did I trade this one with, how’s he doing now or the family heirlooms of course. Someone recently told me we die twice, once when we die, once when the last person whom has a memory of us passes away. Perhaps there is some truth to that.
