Has anyone ever replaced a bezel pearl? I have heard that it’s possible from some people and then I have heard that you need to replace the entire bezel from others. The watch in question is a 43.5mm Planet Ocean.

if you have any experience with this could you recommend how I should get it replaced?

Omega doesn't sell the pearl or even the ceramic insert with the pearl, so you would need to replace the entire bezel, unless you go aftermarket which is a bad idea

You can buy replacement pearls on eBay, Amazon etc. They won’t be oem but it depends on how much you value your watch. If you’re planning on selling it at some point then I’d go to Omega for help, if it’s a keeper then a $20 eBay special maybe okay for you.

Please provide the watch reference...in some cases the “pearl” (capsule in Omega terms) or insert is available as a spare part.

Unfortunately this one shows no individual parts for the bezel, so the only option is a complete new bezel.

That is unfortunate! Thank you for looking into that for me, I guess I am going to have to consider saving some money to replace the bezel. Do you have any idea what a replacement bezel would cost?

No idea where you are, and prices vary by country and exchange rates to some extent, but this isn't a cheap part. You are probably looking at something like $800 US or so...

Is yours missing? Did it just fall out? If so, Omega may consider a warranty, or possibly a courtesy replacement...
