repainted dial? omega seamaster ref. 2657

i have found this omega watch and i have some concerns which i hope you guys will be able to help me with.

1. is the dial repainted? I have looked at several other examples and i think it's legit but let me know if i am wrong
2. i am pretty sure it's the wrong crown?
3. Is 900 euro a decent price? if i assume the dial is legit i think its pretty decent

i am aware that service history is unknown so i should probably factor in a service

let me know if there is anything else i am missing

I’d say the dial is original. And as said above, the crown is incorrect. What I would be more worried about is the condition of the plating on the lugs. As well as the lume loss on the hands.
