Reference for 1938(ish) Omega?

Hope to get some help to identify this Omega, which I believe is powered by cal 24.3SC (comparing pics vs ranftt). It is 36mm and the lugs are quite distinct in design. Serial 885xxxx would date it to 1938 I think.

My collecting has been quite limited to 50s Seamasters so this one is new land for me.

Was there a reference number on these 30s Omegas? If so, anyone that would know this one? Maybe some old ad or brochure showing the model?

Many thanks in advance for input and support!
Martin

Did you buy it, @MOL? I saw the advert, but thought the original asking price was a bit ambitious.

Hi,
Interesting information. Where did you get the 'Fagiolino' name from? Is it a modern collector's nickname or is it an official Omega model name?
I’ m not sure about the name. I think it’s a collectors nickname. I found this information somewhere in the internet, I guess it was some Italian watch forum where this model was named as “ Fagiolino”. Nothing else.
