Any thoughts about the crowns on my two 2846's? I do not know the history of the watches, they were both auction finds.

They both look like later service crowns. The logo is too round for the 1950's and also I generally see a clover crown on this reference.

Looks like the one on the bottom is at least a clover, the top one is incorrect though.

Thanks! When you look at the top crown, it does in fact resemble a clover apart from the outer ridge. I haven't seen such a design before.
The bottom crown is indeed a classic clover.

Thanks - it looks like it corresponds with my top watch 1955 dating!
