    Hello,

I noticed that there were Seamasters with 166.010, 166.010 SC and 166.010 SP (possibly other versions as well).

Does anybody know what SC and SP refer to?

    Thanks,

    Roger

Thank you. OK, so I am wondering what SP could mean then.

Thanks, that helped me looking into the right direction. Found this old thread that confirms what you said about water resistance (see page 2 of the thread):

Apparently, SP stands for Special. According to Archer, the only difference for a Speedmaster SP vs. a standard Speedmaster were different crowns and case tubes.
