·Up for sale from my private collection is this very nice
18K Longines Chronograph with cal. 530 (30CH). Clean dial, sharp case and excellent cal. 530! Please check the video.
Longines Chronograph ref. 7414
The reference 7414 was introduced by Longines in the early 60ies and it is powered by the legendary in-house cal. 30CH. The last iterations of the cal. 30CH were labelled 530 and are basically identical. The ref. 7414 impresses by it's very elegant and timeless design and was produced until the early 70ies - a manifestation of all the former glory of Longines at the dawn of it's golden era.
Overall
- serial no. 16.085.614 watch was delivered in 1971 to Italy (Extract from Longines Archives)
- cal. 530 (30CH)
- original dial
- 18K solid gold case
- original handset
- original crown
- high quality leather strap
- generic buckle
- Longines Extract from the Archives
Dial and Hands
Original dial and hands in very good condition with minor signs of age (visible only when magnified). Beautiful sunburst dial with crisp and fully intact print.
Case
Original 18K solid gold case. I dare to say it is still unpolished which is rarely seen for this reference. Very sharp, all facets of bezel and lugs still there. Original signed crown. It's 36 mm in diameter without crown.
Some slight scratches, please check the pictures and the video. The colour of the gold is reflected best in the video and in the first shot (natural light). I would describe it as a very warm yellow gold with a tint of rose.
Movement
Longines in-house manual caliber ref. 530 which is basically the well known in-house caliber 30CH. Movement is clean and well preserved. The watch winds and sets very smooth and the movement is running strong. Chrono functions work flawlessly incl. flyback and reset to zero. I have no information about the last date of service.
Price and Shipping
My asking is 4.900 EUR OBO Reduced to 4.500 EUR (net to me). Bankwire or transferwise is preferred, paypal please add 4%.
The watch and I are located in Germany. A sale inside European Union is preferred, but I will gladly ship worldwide.
We can discuss the best service and carrier depending on your location.
