·I think they look best on a strap too - though I do wear the black dialed one on a vintage rolex oyster style bracelet too and it looks great.

·it's not as simple as turning the regulator. There's no knob that makes that adjustment. It's not even simple to explain and without a basic knowledge of watch movements.
