Redial?

Quite new to this and trying to figure out if a constellation is a redial or fake. Have only got limited pictures and will go to via the watch later in the week but to me this dial text doesn't check out? Watch is also in fairly bad condition but if price is right and it is real then maybe it's worth it. Crown also maybe not real?
