Redial?? Vintage constellation pia pan

Hi. This is my first post. I am a newbie and I found a good offer on a local online market. it's the first time I am buying a vintage Omega. But I am concerned that this is a re-dialed watch.
Anyone ideas?

Not actually a pie-pan either.

Oh, I wanted this one for years and I always thought it was one of pie pan watches... Is pie-pan a very specific design?

If you are a newbie, or first time being vintage Omega; I'd highly recommend avoiding a local purchase (unless it's a highly reputable dealer).

As an inexperienced buyer, it’s risky trying to find a good deal. Genuinely good deals are usually quickly snapped up by experienced buyers. If you have to ask for advice you’ll miss it. If it’s still available, chances are it’s crappy.

For a new collector, the best advice imo is either; 1) hold off buying until you’ve done lots of research to educate yourself (takes time), or 2) pay a bit extra to buy from a well regarded collector (takes money).
