Unfortunately, not even close to original. You generally will not find a bright blue watch dial from this period.

It’s commonly called a fantasy dial - usually with a derogatory slant. Many of these come out of shops in India, but never has a dial like that come out of the Omega factory. They might look appealing, but most collectors find them to be appalling. I wouldn’t trust the movement to be legit or reliable.
