·Well, the photos are not that good, but when I zoom in on them I can see that it's a well worn watch and somewhat beat up. As for the lack of papers or warranty cards - I think most people want those to help verify its authenticity, and I think that people who toss out the cards and box also tend to beat up watches more and care less about properly caring for it. Sometimes tossing it is a mistake, and accidents happen, but...
I agree if you want to use it for yourself and keep it for long time. Condition...condition...condition. However if you have access to a good watchmaker (service + polish) at reasonable price you could flip it at good margin.
