The watch in the photos seems genuine, but I would avoid or approach with extreme caution with this seller because the same watch was already listed and sold on 3/2 (https://www.ebay.com/itm/204669803575), there is no Authentication Service provided with this purchase, and there was this one photo (which is no longer shown on the new listing) which shows a set of fake cards and fake tag & card holder. Have you ever seen an unfilled Master Chronometer card with no access code, model number, or serial? The box is fake too as the entire "deck" isn't supposed to sit that low relative to the wood. Something sketchy is going on. See photo below.
If I had to guess, it's one of those things where they show you a genuine watch but send you a fake watch after your purchase.
