Personally I think the case back looks origional...my 30L has nothing on the back, granted it's a different reference though. The back of this eBay watch just doesn't look polished/ground down to me, especially looking at the tool notches.
Listed as NOS. Nice looking piece except for the blued hands. I've never seen them on a Longines like this...opinions? http://www.ebay.com/itm/LONGINES-DIAL-SOLEIL-ACCIAIO-CARICA-MANUALE-CALIBRO-30-L-NOS-/141958669836?Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network translated by Google: SPLENDID LONGINES "DIAL SOLEIL" MANUAL WINDING STAINLESS CAL.30L NOS !!! No worries. You aren't the first to make this mistake and you won't be the last. You could always start a thread asking for opinions.
Very nice, pure design (33.5mm), with Longines strap and buckle. Would have to ask for movement pic though. http://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/CusAAOSwjXRXYQR1/s-l1600.jpg
Did you mean to post a link to the listing? All I see is the image link, and I can't find it on eBay...
Sorry, thought I had posted (it's a few pages in, and a really good price -hence the recommendation) http://www.ebay.com/itm/Auth-LONGIN...781526?hash=item4b01be1496:g:x84AAOSwGIRXYQR2Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
PS - if you or someone else buys it, I'll dibs first ! (not buying now, though) That case is incredibly sharp and the contrast between the brushed parts and the polished parts is beautiful. Its condition is just impeccable.
This seller often has some nice stuff, but never has movement pics. 428 and 847 most common manual wind without seconds hand, but I have 22L and 23Z without as well, so hard to know without the pics.
