I don't trust much(watch wise, a lot of frankens!) coming out of Argentina(and my wife is from there馃榿), just looked at sellers other items and appears to have a franken or two which would be enough to get my alarm bells ringing. I liked a Tressa LaserBeam watch he had but dial suggests 21 jewels, movement 25 jewels馃槖


it's a 200 dollar watch. as with most of these off brands in many cases you never know how the watch rolled out new 60 years ago.

unless it's a blatant example of being wrong and misrepresented knowingly, these watches are being able to be worn again because of it. nobody wants to wear a ratted out bezel on their watch when every other part is above avg

I've seen a couple of these on the wrists of other forum members and couldn't resist. Not the best condition, but the price was right!

Very nice, the centre reminds me of one of the early 70's JLC memovox and the hour markers of a Longines Ultronic.

This is a dangerous game to play, I was tempted a few different watches while looking through the eBay listings. I am assuming the rules are that the watch has to be Buy It Now鈥攊t's too easy to find watches with low bids right now which will be much more expensive when the auction ends.

I cranked the top price down to $400 to narrow the field, and the one that caught my eye was this diver, 38mm; this one caught my eye out of similar watches because: great looking dial with bold numbers and I really like the bezel, looks to be bakelite; honest wear but looking good with beautiful relief in the numerals. It's frozen in place right now but I'd hope that a little cleanup isn't too much of a project.

The seller has a bunch of similar-era watches for sale; all seem completely and honestly described.
He has a NOS Arnex diver that is very nice and the same as one that I have.

Okay I know this is a chrome case, but at $1150 this EP4 is dwindling into parts-value territory.

A little on the high side for a Landeron 248 based watch but that鈥檚 great looking.

i wouldn't be surprised to see it go for more than the ask price because of the condition

looks like it's built off of the nastrix platform. it might even have the helium release value crown as well

unusual Chronograph Suisse divers chrono. the cs watches aren't usually this genre.

dunno if this is one of the herd of fake bakelite's but does it matter?. i'm still considering buying it. even though i'm posting it. is it me or does the dial look a lil crooked?
