But here’s another:

I would recommend waiting until you find one with the medallion. But to each their own.

That looks like same watch…or at least the same pictures. Might be multiple sellers trying to sell the same watch…at almost the same price? I’d assume it’s gone.

It is the same watch. Both listings are from Japanese sellers where it's quite a common practice for multiple stores to list the same item.

Usually in these cases these are photos/the item are stolen/reposted from a Japanese flea market site with a significant premium added on. No guarantee it hasn’t already sold there either.

Sold 7 hours ago on Mercari, so unlikely whoever attempted to buy it on eBay actually gets it.

Well this is all very depressing. If the buyer of the one I listed is here, I would verify with the seller that the watch actually is in their posession, and if not request an immediate refund- or start a claim with eBay.

So let’s cleanse the pallet- Stainless 1967 Bulova with mosaic sparkle dial. Crystal is trashed so hard to tell dial condition definitively, but may be a diamond in the rough. Seller doesn’t specify size, but assume 33mm and if larger it would be a pleasant surprise. Asking is cheap, has make offer so could be even cheaper.

Another classic, nice stainless Wittnauer with full numeric dial. Lume looks bright yellow and the sunburst has a lovely pearlescent tone to it. Seller says 38mm, I assume that’s with crown which would still be a respectable 35-36 case size. May be original box, maybe not- but it’s period correct. A nice buy at asking but has make offer so may be a deal.

I don’t find this one a good value or a bargain- but it must be shared with everyone! I didn’t even read the description or know if it’s original (watch is not 1930 and no, that dial is not original)- but who cares.

11 and 6 are the same maneuver? Distinct lack of imagination on the part of the redialer.

I see nothing wrong with repeating that one

Haven’t seen a good GG-w113 in a while at a fair price. This one is in outstanding condition, lume is bright yellow with no ashiness, parkerized finish is even- solid watch. Seller says keeping time and BIN price is excellent. Birth year watch for 1978. If I didn’t have 2 of these already, I would buy this one.

Nice deal on a stainless (not chrome plated) early 50’s Helbros chrono. I own several like this and they are all chrome plated- this one is stainless which is awesome. Most likely a Landeron 48 inside, dial is in great shape and seller says working fine. I purchased a watch from him before- all went well.
He made an unsolicited offer of $380 which is a bargain after I watched it, he would probably accept $350 which would be a steal. if I didn’t already have 3 of these rectangular pusher chrono’s (remember- snap back and rectangular pushers = no water resistance) I would be all over this. I keep going back to look at it, please someone save me from myself.

He accepted my offer at $375, anything lower was an auto decline. Thanks James!

Nice! That’s a solid price. Start shopping for your 18/16mm tapered strap, contrasting stitch, non-padded and around 2mm thick….not that I have an opinion on what looks best on these.

Bonklips looks awesome as well

If you dig TV dialed watches, have been curious if the style works for you, or think the 70’s was a bold period for watch styling- then this is the watch for you.
Stainless TV dialed Hamilton Self Winding with a lovely silver dial and bright yellow lume. Case appears to retain its original finishes and bracelet looks to be original. Crystal is pretty scratched up but should buff well provided there aren’t any cracks. BIN price is less than dinner out for two and has make offer as well. I have been really digging on the 70’s watches lately and this thing is looks like a diamond in the rough.

Interesting how they got "Vietnam" in the listing title for a non-Vietnam era watch. Kind of reminds of folks who list (say) a crap Honda motorcycle as "Honda Motorcycle--not Ducati, Triumph, Norton, BMW."
