I can’t stress how unusual these are and a great piece of horological history. They only made 4 auto movements, this being one of the higher grades (I think it was 760 and 761 were their best but can’t remember all the details). It was Elgin’s, and the US watch industry’s last great innovation before US watch companies started using Swiss movements and eventually lost their identity.

Ladies stainless Croton Aquamatic. If you have the matching “his” version of this watch, it would make for a nice pairing. Seller is overstating the “NOS” aspect, it’s not, but it’s got the box and an original strap with hang tag apparently…and can’t argue with the price for a running watch.
