No idea if this is any good but it’s full ss, unusual, £20 plus shipping, and no bids with 8 hours to go. Obviously needs a service. The sort of thing I’d chuck money at for the hell of it, but I’m determined to stop buying low cost watches that I won’t wear. I’ve done way to much of that over the past couple of years.https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/20340933...Swb41gHy49&LH_Auction=1&LH_ItemCondition=3000Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
Well that Croton turned up. Cracker. Running beautifully. Thanks to all enablers! I’m putting some history together on these Aquamatics on Chronopedia - if anyone wants to help. https://chronopedia.club/Nivada_Aquamatic
Bad photos, but will probably be quite nice. https://www.ebay.com/itm/254843329731?ul_noapp=truePurchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
Who loves the 70’s??? This beast is a statement for sure. Stainless Hamilton with an awesome 2-toneTV dial and measuring in at 42x38- this thing is huge. Ignore the sellers superlatives- it’s a cool watch, far from perfect, but cool as hell. Clearly has been polished but as the bracelet shows remnants of a brushed/polished finish, it wouldn’t be hard at all to replicate the finishes to the case if that’s what it originally had (I have no clue). Cant speak to pricing as I haven’t seen one of these before, but I would make an offer under $300 and see if he bites. It’s a lot of statement for relatively little money https://www.ebay.com/itm/393259687168Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
hate posting nr auctions. but there's always a chance you might get a good price. just hope the seller is legit and stand your ground when bidding. there's nothing else you can do. zodiac seems to of had an uptick in value. while most of the stuff isn't for everyone, this is really the watch that started the push a few years ago. i'm sure a few people would be looking to buy one of these. whether it's a fair or good price. it's 500 now. if you can get it for 12/13 that would be considered a pretty good deal. and if you really wanted it you shouldn't hesitate to pay more because you never know when you'll get the chance again. 32mm, but seller will accept a $60 offer https://www.ebay.com/itm/133748861605Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
OK, I know this is an auction (there is a BIN but it's not a bargain price). Modern Certina, currently at just over £200 with 6 hours to go and not many bidders. I'm sure it will firm up but this could go cheap. Downsides - looks like the owner has been using the clasp to take the edge off his collection of sandpaper, and this looks to be his first ebay sale. Still, like I say. it could go for a pretty good price. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/393294375068Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
There’s a BIN, so I’m assuming there’s a sizeable reserve price. Post auction edit: The bidding reached £335 but the reserve was 'not met'. So, it’s still up for grabs, but bear in mind that the BIN was £500
Accutron 218 Railroad Approved. Seller says running accurately- of course it will need a service and calibration from one of the only handful of people left on the planet who knows these. Price is great, but has make offer so could be even better https://www.ebay.com/itm/224458430525Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network

Thanks to Timoss for the heads-ups on this Roamer. It arrived today, and is even nicer than I anticipated. I dig the 70s vibe So appreciate this thread!
I don't know how much of a 'deal' it is, but it's not too expensive, and has a nice dial. Small though at 33.5mm https://www.ebay.com/itm/284292567797?hash=item42312852f5:g:B6cAAOSwqKRgnHbnPurchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
That is truly a “tropical” dial in the truest sense- was black and has faded from UV exposure- not moisture damage. If you dig this sort of thing- the price is right
Hey Technos fans! Totally Grooooovy Borazon with factory bracelet. Seller says running well, says bracelet is 6.9” but there are 2 more notches in the clasp so probably up to 7.25- of course you can put it on a strap too. It’s a lot of 70’s flair for under $200 https://www.ebay.com/itm/353493737284Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network
This is the same guy I purchased from that I recommended above. Great guy. Seller is highly recommended from me!

A couple of nice vintage Seikos on auction coming up this weekend, PM me if you want the links. Both are manual wind dressy-sporty watches that look a bit like early 60s Seamasters.
