I'm wondering if that's a reflection or spot by the 7 marker.
Saw another Zodiac Glorious a few pages back, and I stumbled on this bullseye dial today. I've seen better ones, but I thought it was a decent dial closeup for a change. Although as I'm posting this, I'm wondering if that's a reflection or spot by the 7 marker.

More like a shadow.
There are light sources on either side of the watch. You can see smaller but similar shaped and tinted shadows next to each marker except those in the center.
Since some level of lighting is striking from all sides the shadow is more of a penumbra.
Some of the shadow may be from the thumb.
Not a reflection- the painted white outer sector is flaking off. I saw this when it came up and almost bought it until it saw that- pitty. But if you like a little patina...
