    Black Kontiki on GF bracelet for $310. Pics suck so it’s a gamble. Back is a bit worn to a nub, but it looks like an honest Kontiki for cheap money. Bracelet is sized small so hopefully someone here could help with additional links.

    This is the night of the $300 Kontiki

    Silver dialed this time, nice looking case- still has decent lines and not a blob. Case back is worn as usual but not a huge surprise. Bracelet isn’t correct but fits nicely- factory GF bracelets come up often. The dial is attractive- that’s where it counts here.

    The patina of the center of the dial is much like that of my Nivada Grenchen. It looks a lot like polished stone flooring tiles. Very attractive once you get used to it.

    I'm guessing the seller doesn't really expect offers of even $500 , but one never knows. it's certainly a desirable piece.

    Hi everyone.....

    I have been watching this one for a while..... lots of gold ... val 72.... not inexpensive.....
    The case brushing looks killer practically unworn.. close examination of the hands see age, maybe slight moisture damage from where it was stored. ... Just to be clear have no relationship with the seller. Here is an affiliate link:

    Ok this is uncommon.... Yes its a redial.. but I wanted to share this as a value added post.... Seller does not say it but this is a 36 mm ( Jumbo) bumper Seamaster chronometre. case ref 2521 clearly gives us this information. ! Just a shame about the redial... if anyone has a dial for this watch ... make the guy an offer ! seller says he owned this watch for the last 30 years...     FWIW, I return to this thread simply to see what it advertises: good value. Last week it was a 2998 listed for $20k; certainly not at all cheap, but a great value? Undoubtedly. I like that this thread exists to highlight the full range of value.
