Listen up bargain hunters- this is one of the big ones at 38mm! For all those who bemoan the smaller sizes of the vintage pieces- this is as close to a vintage jumbo as you will get without the vintage jumbo price tag. Plus this is a timeless design- Omega could put this watch out today and it would look classic. Bracelets do pop up so you can hunt for one.
This is a bargain in the utmost.

Picked it up after seeing it in this thread. It cost not much more than a service. Feeling pretty smug about it.

I thought this dial was very interesting and the case looks to be in good shape. Lobbed in an offer of $200 and it was accepted! $250 total after taxes & shipping.

Thanks for flagging this one, Bill.

I know!! You basically paid for a service and crystal and he threw the watch in for free! Good grab!

The Titoni Airmaster came in today from Australia (thanks to @wagudc for posting it here). Not cheap by the standards of this thread, but (1) definitely new old stock as advertised, (2) very cool little "diamond" on the dial at 6 o'clock, and (3) the best-performing watch (pre-adjustment) I've ever put on the Timegrapher: amplitude 270, beat error 0.0ms, +1 s/d. I am now officially suspending my search for a nice black-dial Constellation; this will do just fine.

Wait- did you just grab a Pan Europe for under $200??
Haha! Yup. The last time someone posted one in thread was a day that I happened to be too busy to even log in to the forum and missed it by a mile. So, I pounced on this one.

I am very curious to see an actual wristshot or at least a real life shot of this watch made by you. We have all seen the studio lights pictures on Ebay but those are notoriously sterile. I'm sure you can make it shine 😁

-edit-
Also, these appear to be VERY beloved by Indian fakers. There must be four or five pages of these fakes on Ebay. Can anyone provide any insights into why this is?

-edit2-
While on the subject: I am in love with this bracelet but I am aware this listing has been up for what might be a year. If I recall correctly it used to be priced at AU$500 but they have trouble selling it.

You lucky SOB! I had it in my cart but went to do some more research to ensure authenticity. Finished up a meeting at work then went back and it was gone. If only I pulled the trigger. Well cheers and congratulations I am sure you will enjoy that unpolished gem.

Hi Guys

FIRST OFF THIS WATCH IS MISSING ITS INNER ANTI-MAG CAP.
I always loved this Racing dial Seamaster Chronometre....

Dead Link/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0...MAAOSwjDpez7zL&campid=5338755308&toolid=20008

I am not saying this is a good deal or buy..... but it can be a great watch... and knowing the anti mag cap missing ... maybe contact seller and explain... plus it looks to have the correct bracelet and ends ( hard to find).

Good Hunting

Can a dust cap still be acquired from Omega or is this one of those NLA parts? Does the dust cap provide anything structural like movement stability or is it just a cap?

Hi JWR

I would assume it would snap in and since its an auto its not pressing against the movement... So it should not rattle ... part is most likely out there.... Its a brass colored disc...

Go get it !

Haha, sorry I stole this from you. I have missed out on so many good watches for that same reason. Seeing all of these wrist shots, this thread, for me at least, is a constant reminder of why I need to act faster haha. There have been countless watches in this thread that piqued my interest but looked like duds in the potato quality pics. I go to do a little digging on the specific reference only to find the watch gone. Then, later to find it in a wrist shot on this three looking like an absolute stunner. I was super bummed to miss out on the last Pan-Europe and honestly thought I missed out a second time as I saw the post 40 minutes after it was shared. When I saw it was still available but viewed 40 times per hour, I snatched it.
