Case Size: 20mm????
Realized my credit card was almost ready to expire so I figured I might as well empty that account. I put in very low ball offers on a few things including this Croton and got a pretty good counter offer so I took it.
I'd been reading the Nivada Grenchen threads recently and they peaked my interest in this brand.
Not that I need another small watch but if it is recently serviced and in good working condition that is a step up from most of my collection.
Actually practically any vintage self winder in good recently serviced condition is worth more than I paid for this old girl.
Not a great fan of Patina, but this has a very evenly speckled appearance that actually adds to the look of the dial. Gives it character.
I hope it runs as nicely as some of this brand apparently do.
PS
Though the entry says the watch sold for $49 I actually got it for $41, with the 3.99 shipping charge of course plus $4 + sales tax which brought the full all in price up to $49.33.
Nice Bulova with what seems to be the original bracelet. https://www.ebay.com/itm/264936063470
Yikes. I'm gonna say that's a mistake. I'm guessing more like 33mm. And more like 18mm lugs.
No brainer for those in the US of A.
Unfortunately shipping and taxes (automatically added by eBay) make this a tougher decision for me in Australia.

Saw that one- lovely but 31mm
31mm-33mm wearable for a man in my opinion. Although I do prefer 31.5mm and above.
Normally I would agree with you, but the C-cases, like cushion cases, tend to wear a bit smaller than they are- the C-cased Connie’s at 35mm are about perfect for that form factor I think.
Interesting. I think the smallest C Case I own is 34mm so you may be on to something.
Kinda fun Caravelle Transistorized. https://www.ebay.com/itm/274582832728
Screw the watch, that bracelet is sensational!
