Recommendations for Tri-Compax Service?

Hi all

I recently came into a Tri-Compax and I'm looking to get it serviced. Anyone knows of a reputable watch maker in North America (bonus if he's based in the East Coast/Boston)? It's from my grandfather and I'd prefer it to be in the hands of someone experienced.

I was considering Al Archer but it seems like he has his hands full at the moment.

Hi phphD,

I am not able at all to answer your question but I would love to see a picture of your tri compax 😀

I used RGM out of PA for each of my five over the years. Reasonable price, comes with a warrantee and they will honor repairs if you have an issue. That being said, I would give them a B+ grade on the quality of their service.

I actually received two UG Tri-Compaxes recently: one is a steel one from an eBay listing, the other is a gold version from my grandfather.

Here's the steel version (which I might think about selling)

I wish my dear grandpa would had left me a gold Tri-Compax!
On the other hand he gave me my first Omega and I also lately bought my Tri-Compax😀
Pictures of your gold one please, or by OF standards it did not happen!😜
