Excellent choice. You did good.

Now take off the plastic film, set an avatar, and start your search for #3!

Also, welcome to the forum. Greetings from mine.

I always thought this watch was better suited to a strap than a bracelet and I'm not a fan of nato. That brown strap looks perfect and gives it a whole new personality. Good choice.

I got the same Omega strap and (I assume) deployant for my Speedmaster Professional as you do for your Speedy. I am in the Bay area so I was able to drive over to Otto Frei in Oakland. The pair is expensive (almost $500, if I remember) but well worth it. Goes great with the watch. They actually discouraged me at the counter as it is not listed as going on the watch, but it fits fine. I had an issue where the leather wore away from the metal cylinder on the end where the pin goes into the part of the deployant with the Omega symbol. Had to replace it once after about 1 1/2 years, but still worth it. Problem has not recurred.
