路I think it depends on where in the world you are, and also what you mean by a full service?
Clean, oil and adjust? I would guess the going rate for a well respected watch maker would be in the region of US$700, possibly plus minor parts.

There is another one up for sale on the forum at US$4,200 - I have not looked closely to compare condition but should be a decent ballpark. Though it has been up for sale since June and not sold, so possibly due to it being priced on the high side.

To the right buyer perhaps, but generally there's not much of a difference between the 7743 and 9220 values, or tachymeter and plain dial either really. I'd try posting for a similar price if you're aiming to sell or insure.

路You can鈥檛 compare a 3 register V72 with a two register Camaro.
I also agree with @abrod520 that V92 vs 7733 isn鈥檛 a huge price difference. Probably 5-10% maximum. Condition is a much more important factor.
The one that鈥檚 listed for sale here is a lovely watch and the more desirable version IMO with tachy scale, but the price is too high for me.
I鈥檇 say the OP watch is 拢2300-2400 unserviced. Obviously if you have a documented recent service that will add value.
Worth noting the 拢/$ has tanked recently so my values may not translate very well to $ at current exchange.
