Hi guys,

Sorry another is this a real Omega thread. Inherited this from my partners Grandad. Has a fairly new strap on it. 2nd hand seems to be moving as I’d guess and then jumping occasionally. Is it real?

Mostly original but the dial is in bad condition (redial?)
Thanks for the reply. I’ve had this feedback elsewhere. Can I ask a more trained eye? What makes it bad condition?

The watch is genuine but the dial has certainly been refinished.
The case seems odd. It looks like a Seamaster DeVille, possibly a 165.020 but the lugs look thin and the bezel looks strange. Perhaps it’s been very badly polished, or even the bezel has been remade.

The minute markings look very random, I was going to say, on the crown side but TBH, all round so, plus 1 for a redial

I’m presuming this redial affects the value? Anyone know what it’s roughly worth?

The redial hurts value significantly as does whatever’s happened to the case.
I’d say 150, maybe 200 £/€/$ at best given what we can see on the pics.
