Real or fake. Movement super clean (too clean?)

Hi everyone,

Someone got in my head to getting a vintage Omega when they showed me theirs some days ago. I went on doing some research as a well-meaning layperson does.
I've found one for sale in Paris and wondered if it were original. It looks pretty good. The movement pictured appears very clean for a vintage watch's and so I wondered if I should be worried about that. Could you help me figure out whether this may be a good watch to consider buying? Thanks a lot

As noted the bracelet does not appear to be Omega, but the super clean movement points to a well maintained watch.

What is the asking price?

The movement is very clean because with the stem you can see it is from a monobloc case , and it keeps the hands of DIY clowns away
