real or fake dial?

This is from my friend, he bought it from a 2nd watch shop, I already know the bezel is a fake, but have no idea about the dial. could someone helps?

I'm going to say entirely fake except the movement which probably came from a worn out gold plated Geneve. Additional photos will likely confirm this.
