I've come across another Seamaster and was wondering if it was redialed? Sorry for posting so much the last couple of days, this will be my last today. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To me it looks like a redial (M from Omega, S from Seamaster). Lume plots are missing - minute markers as well. Not really beautiful...

concerning the lume plots: maybe onyx instead of tritium but a redial anyway.

A few things, like how the hands are supposed to match, and to watch out for writing that is not consistent. I was mainly concerned as the face looks very white. The article was very helpful, I was just looking for a second opinion, as I am slowly learning.

Fonts look ok to me, hands are ok, too. Only missing minute markers.
    No lume dots is correct.

To explain my mistake: I thought the watch above could be a ref. 14700. Shown in OF several time with this signature:
    seamaster x.JPG
then I played with the two logos above - and they are matching, though there are very small differences:

Is it so well-priced? Don´t forget the missing minute markers...

I was going to try to get a lower price, it was 425, but the seller was willing to move on price. I'm using eBay, so if you know a better place to find a vintage seamaster for under 500 that would be appreciated.

I think it is possible to get a 1957-64 Seamaster for less than 500€/USD from ebay. but you have to have a routine following
ConElPueblo´s fishing recommendations. The consequence is that you will spend hours and hours considering hundreds of watches to save 50 or 100 dollars. Possibly you have to pay these dollars later to the watchmaker who told you that your new watch has several issues inside. I bought some watches via OF and never had any problems.
