Shmockiebaby
·First post. Thanks in advance for any help.
I inherited a calibre 620 movement in a small dress tank watch. 1966. USA Wadsworth made case and band, all 14k gold. I wore it for special occasions, but it has not been on my wrist in 25 years. I want to wear it.
So I am looking to re-case the movement. I will need a case, dial, hands, and crown/winder. I may even have found all the parts I need on fleabay.
It is not about what makes financial sense. It is not about keeping it original. Sorry folks, I know some people will disagree with my plan. Not looking for that. Looking for knowledge on how to re-case this watch, so I, my son, and other heirs can use and wear it.
BTW, 620 last serviced in 1991, still keeps great time.
Recommendations?
