If you want to use Yardoz as “the” or “a” benchmark to assess or undermine Sean‘s accomplishments as an actor, then i hope you never screwed up anyone’s watch, because by that logic, that would make you a shitty watchmaker.

I'm not sure where are getting this idea from, that I think Connery was a "shitty" actor. I'm not trying to "undermine" anything. I've simply expressed my opinion, and if it has upset you, that wasn't my intent. If you do not like reading my posts, please feel free to ignore them in the future.

Let me repeat what I've said:

"Some was good, some was not that good - like most actors."

If you want to turn that into me claiming that he was a shitty actor, then you clearly have some sort of axe to grind, because I've said no such thing.

I personally enjoyed some of his films and performances. The Untouchables was a great performance, and IMO he deserved the Oscar for it.

You seem intent on making this into something it's not, so maybe step back and relax Bob...

What on earth makes you think I’m not relaxed?

If you want to use the Academy awards as the benchmark, you need to explain
1.why Shakespeare in Love won best picture
...and 2. how Paltrow won best actress...
1. Tom Stoppard script
2. Goodness only knows

After watching this, and seeing what goes into making these films, you remember why you became such a fan. Just incredible on so many levels:
