Hello! I was just wondering if it normal that to open the bracelet you can just push one button? Is the oder button not moving?
    Are they asymmetrical?

    thanks

Is it an older bracelet? Wear and tear?

Both on mine. Is the other button stuck? Have you tried depressing both buttons repeatedly to see if the "trapped" button pops back out?

The button was without the spring apparently.

Press both side buttons to release the main closure.

The PUSH inside is for microadjust. Push there and change the overall length of the bracelet.
