I recently sent in my Speedmaster for service because the chronograph hand wasn't lining up when reset. It took nearly 6 weeks to get it back. The watch was returned in a Omega travel case and is now perfect. The only "paperwork" I received was an Omega business card with the following: Timekeeping Avg. Rate* +4 Water Resistance** Vacuum Test: Pass Air Pressure Test: Pass Diving Pressure Test: N/A I would have expected some type of documentation of what was corrected and if parts were replaced. Is this normal? Just curious. Thanks in advance for the help...
No. Ignore Mr. Grumpy. I recently received my speedmaster from omega service (4 weeks not counting shipping) and got the same nothing that you did, op.
