I recently sent in my Speedmaster for service because the chronograph hand wasn't lining up when reset. It took nearly 6 weeks to get it back. The watch was returned in a Omega travel case and is now perfect. The only "paperwork" I received was an Omega business card with the following:

    Timekeeping
    Avg. Rate* +4
    Water Resistance**
    Vacuum Test: Pass
    Air Pressure Test: Pass
    Diving Pressure Test: N/A

I would have expected some type of documentation of what was corrected and if parts were replaced. Is this normal? Just curious.

Thanks in advance for the help...

    Was this a warranty repair?

Omega will not give you details on a warranty repair...

    No. Ignore Mr. Grumpy. :)

I recently received my speedmaster from omega service (4 weeks not counting shipping) and got the same nothing that you did, op.
