Hi Everyone: Why is the print/font on the dial of the above for "Omega"(and maybe not just on the above but to a lot of vintage pieces), of "A" sometimes pointed and sometimes flat top? Is it due to company who's printing or these dials are refinished if so which ones? Don't have pics/shots but I hope question is pretty cut and dry. Thanks.
Omega has used various typefaces over the years, so it depends on when the dial was made, as well as other details. Unfortunately it's not so straightforward, and comprehensive photos would be helpful.
