Question about warranty card

Hi there,
i'm new in this forum , i live in France and i decided to buy me a Speedmaster to celebrate my 5th year of quitting smoking !
I saw a beautiful 145.022 in Chrono24 website at good price but something is disturbing me about the warranty card showed in this classified (see photo #3) :
Ref code, Serial number and Date had been pulled off ... so why this ?
any ideas about this strange thing are welcome !
I post as well two other photos just to know your opinion
It's a SM 144.022 from 1996.
