·Morning all. So long story short, I purchased a 2201.50 that was serviced by Omega through Schwarzchild Jewelers in Richmond in December, but it didn’t come with a white card or slip from Omega for the service. The previous owner is trustworthy so I don’t doubt it was service. It did come with the bag of parts that was replaced as well as the red new style service box.
I’m noticing that the power reset is low for a recently serviced watch. I can wear it all day, take it off Monday night and by Wednesday morning it’s dead. PR should be about 48-50hrs if I recall. Am I correct in thinking that a recently serviced watch should not be dead after < a day and a half? I’m in Texas and cannot just go by that jeweler but I’ve read about calling the “service center” to request the white warranty card, is that a thing? I’d like to have the local OB deal with it if possible but I’m sure I would need proof of the service. Any advice?
